Our products are designed and manufactured in Canada.
Ordering & Shipping
What is the Founder Edition?
The Founder Edition is a limited run of 1,000 units (500 BLACK, 300 WHITE, 200 RED) that includes:
- 10-year warranty
- Solana NFT token (RWA)
- Premium packaging
- Expanded controller (Control-8-24v with 2 of 8 outputs used)
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- United States: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Solana Pay integration coming soon for MJN token payments.
Products & Technical
Can I expand my system later?
Absolutely! Our modular system is designed for expansion. The Founder Edition includes a Control-8-24v controller with room to add up to 6 more panel outputs.
What's the difference between 5v and 24v systems?
- 5v System: Suitable for smaller installations (8-10 panels max). Uses Control-2-5v controller.
- 24v System: Scalable for large installations (64-80 panels). Uses Control-8-24v or Control-16-24v.
Important: You cannot mix 5v and 24v components in the same fixture.
What's included with the DIY kit?
The DIY Kit includes:
- Material-8x8-V panels (quantity varies by kit)
- Spine connectors
- Round diffusion caps
- Installation hardware
- Assembly instructions
Controller and power supply sold separately.
Warranty & Returns
What is your warranty policy?
- Founder Edition: 10-year warranty
- Standard Products: 2-year warranty
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.
