Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
Products We Accept for Return
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Unused products with all accessories and documentation
- Products with manufacturing defects (any timeframe within warranty)
- Wrong items shipped due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened electrical components (safety reasons)
- Custom-configured systems
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Founder Edition NFT tokens (once minted)
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@imajin.ca with:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if defective or damaged)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We'll review your request and provide:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping address
- Instructions for packaging
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Package the product securely in original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials
- Write RMA number clearly on the package
- Ship via trackable method
Important: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns: Refund issued within 5-7 business days
- Rejected returns: Item shipped back to you (you pay return shipping)
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Refund Amounts
Full Refund
You'll receive a full refund if:
- Product is defective or damaged
- We shipped the wrong item
- Product is unopened and in original condition
Partial Refund
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Product is opened but unused (restocking fee may apply)
- Packaging is damaged or missing components
- Product shows signs of use
No Refund
No refund will be issued if:
- Return is not authorized (no RMA number)
- Item is non-returnable (see list above)
- Product is damaged due to misuse
- Return window has expired
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately: Within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos: Clear images of damage/defect
- Keep all packaging: We may need to file a claim with the carrier
We'll either:
- Send a replacement at no cost
- Issue a full refund
- Provide repair instructions (if applicable)
Return shipping is FREE for damaged or defective items.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping:
- Before shipping: Full refund, no questions asked
- After shipping: Standard return policy applies

Founder Edition Returns
Special considerations for Founder Edition:
- Must be unopened and NFT not minted
- Once NFT is minted, product is non-returnable
- Warranty covers defects after opening
International Returns
International returns:
- Customer pays return shipping
- May be subject to customs duties (non-refundable)
- Allow 2-4 weeks for processing
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply:
- Opened products: 15% restocking fee
- Missing components: 20% restocking fee
- Defective/wrong items: No fee
